Delivery Details
We currently only deliver to within the UK and Ireland.
Provided the item you have ordered is in stock we will aim to post it the same day or the next day. The standard delivery charge is £4.50. Delivery is free when you place an order over £100. We aim to ensure your order will arrive with you within 2 to 5 working days. Should there be any problems with this, we will let you know in advance. Your parcel will need to be signed for; it cannot be left on the doorstep in case it goes astray.

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, simply call us on 01422 844555. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel, however, you may return the item for a refund.

Our Common Sense Returns Policy
We value your custom and pride ourselves on our friendliness, helpfulness and on delivering a first class service and product. If we fail in this endeavour we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.

However, we understand how easy it can be to duplicate a birthday or Christmas gift or to guess wrongly the size of your nephew's foot and so if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we would be more than happy to reimburse you the full cost of the product. Simply return the item to us within 21 days of the purchase date. It must be returned unused and in the original packaging that it was sent.  Unfortunately we can't do Postman Pat's job for him and are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in the post and so we recommend that you send all parcels by recorded delivery. We can’t be liable for any items sent unrecorded. Refunds will be made in the same method a payment was received. Unfortunately we do not refund postage. If there is a fault with your purchase, we ask that you inform us by telephone (01422 844555) within 24 hrs of receipt. We will endeavour to provide a replacement or refund the cost of the item, whichever you prefer.
